Cut the following into pieces and put into a pot:
2 cloves of Garlic
Add a bit of Salt, Madras Curry, Worcestershire Sauce, a bit of white wine, a bit of Tomato paste, some broth and a cup of water.
Boil until soft, then blend
While boiling fry some small apple cubes in a bit of butter until lightly brown (you can add a bit of sugar to caramelize the apples)
Serve the soup in bowls, add a bit of fresh Olive oil and place the apple cubes in the oil.
